What’s the Vertical Challenge?
It’s simple. The individual or four-person team that skis or snowboards the most vertical feet during the Vertical Challenge on Feb. 26, 2010 wins!
Skiing begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. The awards ceremony is at 4 p.m.
We’ll be skiing off the Snowbasin Ski Resort’s Wildcat Triple lift, which clocks in at 1,290 vertical feet. The Wildcat Triple lift will be open exclusively for racers on the day of the event.
Speed is not the secret. Endurance is.
