The Fourth Annual Bob Aamodt, Inc. Vertical Challenge is IN THE BOOKS!
On March 1, 2011 at Snowbasin Ski Resort skiers and snowboarders gathered again for a wonderful cause. The result? It was our most successful challenge ever! When all the run were made and the skis and snowboard puts away, our event raised on $11,000 in donations to the Scoutreach Program of the Trapper Trails Boy Scout Council. This brings the total donations for the event’s fouryear history to over $30,000.
Congratulations to the four-man team of 421 FS Black Widows from Hill Air Force Base who won this year’s Vertical Challenge. The four fighter pilots skied over 185, 000 vertical feet during the competition. With over 130 participants at this year’s challenge the total vertical feet skied/snowboarded reached 3 million!
